On September 25's “Live with Regis and Kelly,” hosts Regis Philbin and Kelly Ripa congratulate Sylvia Stern (center) of Richboro, Pennsylvania for winning the “2007 Sure Fit Inc. Ugly Couch Contest.” After a panel of judges narrowed down more than 250 entries to 10 quarter-finalists, online voters chose the three semi- finalists who all displayed their couches on the show. “Live’s” studio audience weighed the criteria and voted Sylvia’s couch the ugliest in America.
