The look of full-grain leather.
Have it all—the luxury and look of leather in an affordable, washable slipcover. Our full grain pattern will impress even the most discriminating eye.
I've had several slipcovers over the years, from the bog one-piece with the ties, to the stretch two pieces. None of them were exactly right. I don't like the ties and some of the stretch material can catch and hold lint like a magnet, which is maddening, since I get the covers to cut down on cat-fur. This, however, is as close to perfect as they come. It is stretchy and form fitting. I have a smallish chair and it only took a bit of tucking to make it look perfect. It doesn't hold cat hair. YAY! I can run a vacuum over it every once in a while and the hair will come right off. I have tossed it in the was on gentle cycle, and let it air-dry and it came back out looking like new. It doesn't really look like leather, but it does look organic and leatherish. It's soft to the touch, fits the chair like a glove and, best of all, it isn't a lint magnet! My only real complaint is that it only comes in browns. I hope they eventually offer this in other colors.
I can not say enough good things about this cover. It's beyond easy to install and is a no maintenance option if you need to cover a piece of furniture. I have a set of living room furniture that after 15 years, 2 dogs, 2 cats and 5 kids, needed a little pick me up. Since the furniture was structurally in great shape, and just needed some rips in the fabric covered, I was a little hesitant to spend this kind of money on a cover. It was a great investment!! I decided to give it a try on my loveseat as that size is a little less expensive than the sofa and since the new puppy had a field day on one of the cushion covers, and I was not just satisfied but completely in awe of the look. I had company over shortly after receiving it and everyone was amazed that it was a cover and not a whole new couch. DO NOT HESITATE TO BUY this cover. I have a few other surefit pieces and they have done a decent job, but this one is a major improvement. I have washed it in the machine a few times with no issues and have also vacuumed it a couple of times a week for 2 months to remove pet hair. No rips or snags at all. Even with a 80 lb puppy who loves to jump on the couch, it looks as good as the day I put it on. Next, I'm buying the matching sofa and wing chair covers to complete my set.
I'm amazed that no company has come up with the idea of selling southwestern slipcovers for furniture. So when I found an area rug to match my Croscill Navajo Camel Curtains 2A0-401O0-0132/271 I was able to make my own slipcovers. First I covered my couch and recliner with a dark brown Sure-Fit Stretch Leather slipcover 171327270U. Then I took the panel off the back of the Navajo curtains and just used the fabric to cover the seat cushions and backrest of the couch and left the arms and bottom panel of the front of the couch with the dark brown from the slipcover. I paired it with the Southwestern Medallion Area Rug (Ivory) LA130504COS from United Area Rugs and the colors and patterns matched perfectly. I hope you take the time to see for yourself how well it all looks together.
