Ordering Information - Shipping & Delivery


Standard Shipping

All orders sent with standard shipping are delivered via United Parcel Service (UPS). When shipping to P.O. Boxes or FPO/APO, we will ship via Priority Mail. When all items are in stock, you can expect to receive your order in 7 business days (UPS delivers Monday through Friday). Allow 4 - 6 weeks for delivery of rugs. If for any reason your order will be delayed, you will be notified.
NOTE: We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Rugs are shipped via FedEx. These items cannot be delivered to an APO/FPO or P.O. Box address.

Rush Shipping

Rush shipping is only available within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. All orders sent with rush shipping are delivered via United Parcel Service (UPS). A street address is required for all rush shipments. Please note: Rush shipping is not available for Area Rugs.

Second-day air: Add an additional $22.00. When all items are in stock, you can expect to receive your order in 2 business days. Your order must be placed prior to 1:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday. No weekend delivery, P.O. Boxes or FPO/APO.

Three-day air: Add an additional $16.50. When all items are in stock, you can expect to receive your order in 3 business days. Your order must be placed prior to 1:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday. No weekend delivery, P.O. Boxes or FPO/APO.

All rush orders will ship within one business day from when order was placed (excluding weekends). This also applies to orders placed prior to 1:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday.

Additional Delivery Charges

There is an additional delivery charge of $10 - $20 for area rugs as noted. Because these items are bulky and heavy, our cost to ship them is higher; therefore, these items have a delivery surcharge. This charge is listed separately in parentheses ($) after the item price and is in addition to regular shipping charges. Rugs are shipped via FedEx. These items cannot be delivered to an APO/FPO or P.O. Box address.

Canadian Shipping

Please refer to the Canadian chart for the Shipping & Handling charges. Your order will be shipped via USPS Express Mail. Please allow 5 to 10 days for delivery.

Customer Duty charges will be collected when the order is delivered. To find out the daily Canadian Exchange Rate please check with your credit card company.

Swatch Orders

Swatch orders are shipped via regular mail through the USPS. We do not offer rush shipping on swatch orders.

Shipments Outside the Continental U.S.

When shipping to Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands we will ship via USPS Priority Mail. Rugs are shipped via FedEx. These items cannot be delivered to an APO/FPO or P.O. Box address.

International Shipping

We do not offer International Shipping at this time.
