2. Forgo Family Photos
You may consider it the crown jewel of the living room, but future buyers will see outdated family photos as years of wear and tear. Clear the room of family portraits and other items that say “you don’t live here” to buyers.

On Wednesday April 14, 2010~ I had the honor of watching a 28 Truck Convoy passing through to transport nearly 500 tons of steel from the World Trade Center in New York City to a planned 9/11 memorial site in Coatesville, PA. Very Touching to watch these Big Rigs, many with U.S. Flags on them and misty-eyed drivers behind the wheel.
